Dr Sarah kicks off the conversation with Anna next to the EmpowerRF machine – our non-surgical women’s intimate rejuvenation device manufactured by globally renowned aesthetics manufacturer, inMode, “we are going to talk about a really common women’s health problem which is not spoken about.” Anna is very interested in this particular topic, “I’m really interested in women’s wellness, lots of women will not talk about this, my friends included”.
Due to the decline in oestrogen production, and potentially other factors such as child-birth, it is normal for women to experience changes to the function and appearance of their vaginal health. Dr Sarah explains, “here at The Door, we look at you with a holistic approach. We need to replace your collagen, replace your oestrogen, and then we can start thinking about what can I do, what’s your treatment plan”.
Which can be caused by trauma caused by child-birth or a rapid decline in collagen due to the menopause.
Dr Sarah explains that “we can actually prevent these changes from happening or getting any worse and actually we can correct it as well.”
