Botulinum Toxin is an FDA approved medicine (most commonly known as Botox®) is a naturally purified protein that works as a muscle relaxant to effectively smooth the signs of ageing plus other conditions.

Crow's Feet
Crow's Feet are the fine lines that appear when smiling or laughing around the outside of the eyes. Over time, these can appear longer or deeper and remain as wrinkles. As the skin around the eyes is particularly thin, wrinkles in this area can form fairly early from continuous muscle use and a gradual reduction in the skin's elasticity.
Excessive Underarm Sweating
Excessive sweating (Hyperhidrosis) is a common problem that can be both embarrassing and unsightly. The condition is caused by the body over producing liquid (sweat). It is normal for the body to sweat when we get hot, for example when we exercise. However, this can be problematic if we are sweating excessively when our body is relaxed and does not need to cool down.
After cleaning the area, the botulinum toxin solution will be injected under the skin using a very fine needle, which then paralyses (relaxes) muscles.
You may be asked to move the muscles in your face to help find the best place for the injections. Depending on the area(s) treated, it usually takes about 10 minutes.
The treatment usually takes around 5-7 days to work or to “freeze” the area.
There is very minimal downtime, and you can carry on with your usual daily activities straight after. Sometimes you may experience some mild bruising that can be easily covered up with makeup.
In certain circumstances, Botox injections are not recommended for those who:
- have a skin infection
- are unwell in any way
- have a neuromuscular condition like myasthenia gravis
- are taking certain medicines
- are pregnant or breastfeeding
